What are your delivery times?

We strive to dispatch the same day, if the order has been submitted before 3pm.

Delivery estimate is usually 2 - 3 business days.

What does shipping cost?

The exact shipping price for your order will appear during check-out flow. 

Shipping is free on all orders in Denmark over 400 kr., except express delivery. 

Where do you ship to?

Konges Sløjd offers worldwide shipping. Check if we are able to ship to your exact address during check-out flow.

How can I return an order or item?

You can return items that have not been used 30 days after you receive your order. You return items by sending them directly to Konges Sløjd’s warehouse. 


Note that return must be paid by you and that Konges Sløjd does not cover the return costs.

We highly recommend that you add a tracking number to the return parcel. If the parcel is lost, Konges Sløjd is not responsible 

What is your refund policy?

Products must be returned in a good and undamaged condition and should be returned in its original packaging. If returned products show signs of damage or use, other than what is required to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you will be liable for any loss of value of such product. You may thus lose the right in full or in part to have the purchase price refunded. We will estimate the value on the basis of a specific assessment of the returned product. As soon as we have received and accepted the returned items, the refund will be issued. 

Please be aware that the refund will be credited to the credit card originally used for purchase of the items, minus taxes or import duties, if any. The refund will be processed within 10 business days, after the parcel has arrived in our warehouse. Please note that the time frame for the refund to appear in your account is dependent solely on your bank / credit card provider. 

We will refund the purchase price (however, not the initial shipping costs nor any additional costs incurred as a consequence of you opting for a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery) less any loss of value.

How do I make a claim?

Konges Sløjd can only accept claims on products purchased in our webshop and with valid order numbers. Claims can be submitted via our claim platform claimlane

Can I make changes to my order? 

Konges Sløjd cannot make changes to your order. If you wish to make changes you can cancel your order, and make a new order with your desired changes.

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please send an e-mail to or contact us by phone +45 31 33 06 85  during opening hours, as soon as possible. Please note, it is only possible to cancel your order, if our warehouse has not started processing it yet.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link for your order upon shipping from our warehouse. The tracking link will be provided by the chosen courrier. 

My order was not delivered and has now been sent back to Konges Sløjd

This could be due to one of the following reasons: 

1. No one was at the delivery address during the attempt of a delivery

2. The package was not collected from a parcel shop within the given time frame

3. The delivery address was incorrect or incomplete.

Please note that the order can not be re-sent. You will receive a refund within 14 business days after the parcel has arrived at our warehouse.

Does Konges Sløjd offer tax returns? 

Konges Sløjd does not offer tax returns and cannot be of any assistance in regards to tax related questions. The prices noted on our website are included tax according to the one-stop-shop tax regulation.

Which size should I choose?

Our size guides are general suggestions/guidelines. Konges Sløjd cannot guarantee that your chosen size will fit the given size / age / height.

How should I wash the Konges Sløjd clothes?

You should always wash your Konges Sløjd products according to the wash label attached in/on the product. Products that are not washed according to Konges Sløjd guidelines are not eligible for claims. 

Can I buy spare parts for my Konges Sløjd products?

Generally, we cannot yet provide spare parts for all our products. Please contact our customer service to request a certain spare part and they will do what they can to find a spare part for you: 

How do I care for my product?

You should always care for your Konges Sløjd products according to the label attached in/on the product. Products that are not treated/cared for according to Konges Sløjd guidelines are not eligible for claims.

What is a GOTS certification?


GOTS is the worldwide leading textile standard for organic fibers. The standard sets strict and binding requirements on both environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing. Our use of GOTS confirms that our cotton-based products are made from organic and GMO-free agriculture and protects the people involved - from seed to final garment. GOTS is verified through product testing and independent auditing to guarantee social and environmental responsibility through every step of the supply chain.

Konges Sløjd aims to blaze a trail for garments produced in a way that is kinder to the environment and made to last. We are committed to offer sustainable and durable textiles, interior and toys for our little ones. Quality and safe products are our priority, and we are on a journey to increase our certifications and always aim for better and healthier materials for the environment, too.


Stay safe with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100

Since 2022, we are certified under Oeko-Tex STANDARD 100. This label means that no harmful substances have been used during the full production of our textile and garments. All tests are conducted by independent OEKO-TEX® partner labs and full traceability is ensured at each step. Oeko-Tex offers peace of mind when it comes to the safety and sensitive skin of children and babies.

As a sustainable brand, why offer items on sale?

As part of our commitment to limit overproduction, we always limit our purchase to the volumes we need for our customers.

Yet, sometimes, some goods are not sold during the seasonal period and we have some extra goods in our warehouse. Since we never discard any products, we offer them for sales to our beloved customers. It allows some families to get access to our products at a lower price. If we still have some leftovers after sales, we give those products to charities.

Why is your production located in Asia?

Climate action and safety are very important to our hearts. We have production partners in many countries including China, and are very concerned about both social and environmental impact. We have not been able to find partners that match our requirements in Europe yet for toys, clothing and interior, but we are challenging that on a regular basis. 


We do not list our country of origins on the website as it may vary, especially during this Covid time that challenges us a lot. What we can assure you with is that we assess all our suppliers for their social and environmental commitments, including for this particular toy producer in China. We make sure that they can live up to our high standards and always use European safety requirements as a minimum.

Why do you recall products?

We have always been very committed to the quality of our products, and we always aim for a very strict compliance to all regulations on children products. Designing products for children is difficult and mistakes can sometimes happen. We always produce in respect to the EU standards for baby products, and work with external consultants to make sure we are respecting the norms. 


We do more than the regulation demands, and we will always keep aiming for perfection. If our products do not live up to this, we will access and act accordingly, i.e. a product recall.
