Our Alfie doll is made in vinyl with organic cotton fabric and recycled polyester filling, and features lifelike eyes full of depth and detail. Alfie comes dressed in a two-piece set with pointelle pants and blouse, made in 100% organic cotton. The outfit is easy for the child to take on and off, perfect for independent play.
